HOW TO BE HAPPY EVERYDAY
It takes personal effort and sheer determination to achieve set goals for specific projects. Being happy is one of such many projects where you may also need complete focus to achieving considerable resounding results.
Happiness is a prerequisite for a healthy living and one must be conscious of this fact to attain one goal in life living in good health by consistent application of these steps:
1. Talk to someone about it. When you are sad or feeling weird about life or just indifferent of critical issues about your life, then you need to talk to someone about it. Let someone know what you are going through. The person could be in form of a good companion, friend or a relative. It could also be your father or mother or a preacher (pastor) depending on who you can confide in. such persons can always lower the rope and pull you out of that sad situation. Take note of that true companion in who you can confide in for happiness when sadness comes creeping back again.
2. Be involved in social forums locally or internationally. Do not isolate yourself from society when you want to gain happiness, you need to be involved in a local community group that caters for the poor, disabled, less privilege kids in the society. Such kind of ventures could bring happiness and make you forget that you were ever sad at any time because you can see clearly that you are bringing happiness to people’s lives. Sadness comes when you focus so much on yourself; therefore, anytime you can help others, which will make your focus shift and then, happiness comes knocking on your door again.
3. Pray about it. There is nothing that prayer cannot do, if you can deploy your faith that has been given to you by God. God has given everyman the same amount of faith. King James calls it a “measure of faith”. This is the best step by which your happiness can be justified, that is through your faith, (Romans 1:17b).
